The scope of this notice
This policy concerns visits to dubpay-rta.com under the editorial name Dubpay Guide. It describes the current information-only site, not RTA services or any website linked from it. No registered-company identity, government role or separate card-service operation is asserted by that editorial name.
Information you are not asked to provide
There are no sign-up, recharge, checkout or contact forms. The site does not ask for your name, email, nol number, bank details, password, one-time code or identity document. There is no reader account or application database containing submitted card information.
Technical information used to deliver pages
A web request necessarily involves network and device information. The origin server and delivery infrastructure may process the IP address, request time, requested path, browser information, referring page when supplied, and response status. Operational records support delivery, fault investigation and protection against abuse; they are different from a card or payment record.
Hosting and Cloudflare
Traffic is routed through Cloudflare before reaching the host. Cloudflare may process requests for delivery, security and network-level measurements. Its handling is described in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Its network operates internationally, so processing is not represented as confined to the UAE. Access to origin logs is an infrastructure administration function, not a public site feature.
Analytics and browser storage
The application itself contains no advertising pixels or analytics scripts and writes no cookies or local storage. Cloudflare has been observed adding an analytics beacon element to browser responses. The site’s current Content Security Policy disallows script execution, including that beacon; this does not prevent Cloudflare from processing requests at its network edge. Security cookies may still depend on the protection settings. See the cookie notice for that distinction.
Retention and individual requests
The site code stores no submitted reader profile. A fixed retention period for infrastructure logs has not been confirmed, so none is promised here. Access, correction, deletion, objection or other rights may apply under the law relevant to the processing. This site currently has no dedicated public channel for such requests; a working operator contact and confirmed retention schedule remain to be published. Do not send sensitive documents to unrelated transport support channels for a privacy issue about this website.
External destinations and changes
A selected external link is governed by the destination’s own notice. We do not receive its account records or payment result. If forms, optional analytics or other data features are introduced, this policy must be updated to describe them before use. The date above identifies this version; it is not a certification of legal compliance.
