These terms apply to the information published as Dubpay Guide at dubpay-rta.com, including its Arabic edition. The handbook explains card-related questions and points readers towards primary sources. Access is free and does not require an account.

Dubpay Guide is independent of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and the nol card issuer. The domain name does not confer government status, authorisation or endorsement. We do not sell cards, recharge balances, handle payments, issue receipts or administer refunds. Reading a page does not place an order or appoint us to act for you.
3. Verify before acting
Card features, service channels, charges and processing instructions may change. Read the current provider information before making a decision. Examples and checklists help organise questions; they do not confirm a card balance, validate a transaction or promise a particular outcome.
